Privacy & Returns

All returns must be authorized and claimed within five (5) days of the product being received. Returns accepted for refund must be in original package and unused. Product is to be returned pre-paid to Cooper Medical Supplies or it will be refused. Custom made items are non returnable.
All of your personal information will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Your information will never be shared or sold.

FAQs

Do you accept orders from outside of Canada?
No at this time we are only able to ship to Canadian addresses.
When will my products be shipped?
Order for masks will be shipped as stock becomes available.
Will I be notified when my products ships?
Yes you will receive an email when your order ships
Will I be notified if you are unable to fulfill my order?
If for some reason we are not able to fulfill your order you will receive a full refund and notification.
What if I change my mind after I have placed my order?
Please contact us right away. If your order has NOT been shipped you will receive a full refund. However, if your order has been shipped we are unable to take returns on personal protective equipment.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds on mask products. If the order is cancelled prior to shipping a full refund will be issued.
